Hosted in partnership with a local Afro-Colombian business in Medellin, this experience brings together culinary creativity and cultural authenticity.
The centerpiece of this experience is a hands-on banana split making session featuring exotic fruits from the Chocó region of Colombia. Guests will learn about the unique fruits of the Pacific coast, their cultural significance, and enjoy tasting these rare flavors while creating their own custom banana splits.
